Was in desperate need of a massage to relieve some muscle tension in my neck. Decided to try this place because their prices were reasonable and they don’t try to pressure you into a membership like several of the other places in the area. The vibe and the atmosphere were awesome. The place was clean and the staff were friendly and professional. My massage with Troy was excellent! I will definitely be back to Essentials. One suggestion, they should definitely advertise a 50 minute massage instead of a 60 min on their website as it was 50 minutes.

I’ve been going to the Trinity location for years and always had the best service! I just recently moved to the Wesley Chapel area and my first thought for a new massage location was an Essentials location! Whew, I’m so glad I found Gilbert for a massage here! He is just spectacular! So professional, and the way he integrates some flexibility stretches with the muscles he’s working on is such a great addition to the experience. I will for sure be going back again to book another session with him!

I’ve been coming here for a number of years now. I’ve always enjoyed the staff and the place is nice and clean. Plus the rates are extremely affordable so I don’t mind giving a $20 tip. However each time I come the hour massage keeps getting shorter and shorter. Two of my other friends said the same thing. A few of us have been going here a long time. The hour massage was actually 45 minutes. Not cool. And since this happened with three different massage therapists- I think this is a company way of doing business. All of us have had massages there within the last week.
