Just went to the new essentials of Palm Harbor. Not very good. Receptionist has no clue. Massage not good. Didn’t do hands, feet, upper thighs. Will try again, but not with same massage therapist. Just not like the old essentials in Palm Harbor! Miss them.

This was my first time there and in general first time getting a massage. I loved every minute of it, it was so relaxing.

Everyone was very nice, but I went in for a deep tissue massage and got an all over very light lotioned rub. I feel like a just paid $75 to get moisturized (which is not something I need or really want). What I really needed/wanted was my knots and muscles worked out in my upper back… which turned out to be about 10%-20% of the massage. It would have been fine if I asked for a therapeutic massage and not a deep tissue… for any future massages I guess I’ll just have to be much more specific about what I want when I make the appointment. I did tell the masseuse in the beginning which areas bother me most and that I prefer a very deep massage, which was meant with slight apprehension. I do have a nightmare of a tight upper back, but that’s why I want a massage in the first place.
