Infrared Sauna

Neuromuscular Massage
Neuromuscular massage is a form of Deep Tissue but includes Trigger Point Therapy. A Trigger Point is a sensitive or irritated muscle or area of the body which causes a specific musculoskeletal pain. We find these Trigger Points and release the binding up of deep tissue resulting in pain relief.		$70.00
Reflexology
Reflexology is gentle massage, manipulation or pressing on certain parts of the foot to produce an effect elsewhere in the body. It helps restore and maintain nerve flow to your organs by eliminating any blockages found in the nerve endings of your feet.		$70.00

Wonderful massage. Highly recommend. Chronic back pain and chronic migraines relieved the majority of my pain. Extremely friendly and knowledgeable. Let me know everything that he was going to do before he did it and didnt try to push past my comfort level. Already made another appointment. I lucked out and got in same day but he does book about 2-3 weeks out. Well worth the wait in my opinion.
