This is solely based on an incident I experienced. I really try not to leave negative reviews but I wouldn’t want this to happen to someone else. Before my facial, i pointed out my nose piercing and explained it was only about 6 weeks since I had it pierced. I was assured it wouldn’t be an issue. During what I think was a vibrating scrubber she went right into my nose ring. I was hoping it was just going to be a little swollen and would heal. It’s been about a week and it is infected and scar tissue has started to build under the piercing. I most likely will have to permanently remove it and be left with a nasty scar on my nose. If you have a piercing, ask them to avoid the area completely.

Andy and mery are so good at what they do! I have had several services and I love that they recommend what they think I need! I love the facial creams ,serums and cleansers they sell as well! This spa consistently adds on money for it’s services! Terrible practice! I went on a Groupon first and they added 120 dollars on to my service.60 for the neck area and 60 for the numbing cream that should have been included! I went a second time thinking it was 400 for the RF micro needling service and they charged me 500! They said they changed pricing conveniently when I bought my service , even though at the time it stated 400 dollars for this service! Very disappointing both times! I will not be back now, so they lost much more money in a customer! In response to your response the Groupon said value 400. On your web site 400 dollars was for face and neck (until you recently changed the price after my last visit) it also did not say numbing cream was extra! I came back to get another 400 dollar neck and face after the 10% was offered. That is when you decided to change the price to 500 ! Deceptive practices! I will be going else where from now on, thank you!
