My mom and I visited together in April using some gift cards she had. We each enjoyed the massages themselves, but the customer service isn’t great. Plus when I got up from my massage, I noticed the therapist left her phone in the room. I used to work in a spa, and a therapist having their cellphone in the room during a massage is highly unethical. Because of that, I wouldn’t return again, and I know my mom had several poor experiences prior to this visit. Based on our experiences, it was only okay.
