I awoke with my right shoulder, collar bone and scapula completely locked up and I was in serious pain. I found Lori and Essential Massage on line and I thought myo-fascia release sounded like just what I needed and it was After 1 1/2 hour session I was out of pain and able to sleep again .2 more sessions increased my flexibility and I was able to swim again.
