Sheila was wonderful. She is a talented and caring professional. When my previous massage therapist retired I was worried about whether I could replicate the experience and happily I found Sheila. She is confidently located downtown. Her massage room is quiet and serene and she can do light or deep tissue massage. I highly recommend her.

I recently had a reiki session with Sheila. The space was so beautiful and relaxing. This was a one hour appointment, and was incredible!! I had never received reiki before, and I can’t tell you how totally relaxed I was. I’m not the type that can fall asleep unless I’m in my own bed, and during this session I was waking myself up from my own snoring The feeling afterwards was one of tension being gone and relaxed and light! Sheila is a true professional, and I have recommended her to all of my friends and family! Absolutely fantastic experience! Will be back for sure!!
