I have been going to Dawn Howell for almost 5 years now. I’m so happy that she has her own place in Amherst. Whatever it is that you are dealing with, she can make you feel better. I went to her in 2016 for sciatic pain and went to her almost monthly for maintenance. She is a phenomenal massage therapist. She also has some amazing massage therapists working at Essential Bodywork and Massage. I recently had a different type of massage with Danna Mitchell and it was exactly what my body needed. She is an excellent massage therapist as well. I will be going back for more on a regular basis because my body needs regular maintenance.
