I’ve gone to this place for many many years while it was owned by Cindy- it’s under new ownership… beware. I treated myself to a relaxing time having my nails done and left looking like my 6 year old did my nails. Everything was rushed, the job done on my nails was half hearted and the lady didn’t seem to understand a lick of English because this isn’t what I asked for. It’s really really bad. And, I kept trying to coach the woman doing my nails through to no avail. I’ll be looking for a new place and will not be back.

This whole establishment is fantastic! However, ChiChi is my favorite technician! She takes her time and makes sure every aspect of my nails are perfect, elegant, and last! I only have to visit once every 3 weeks to get my pink and white acrylics redone, and I manage a restaurant where EVERYTHING is hands on. My eyebrows are alway perfect too! Not only are they affordable, they care. The store manager knows me by name and always asks how I am doing. I can even text them about making appointments. I’ve been seeing ChiChi for at least 2 years and I will never go anywhere else!

This is by far the best nail salon in town! Ty is amazing and always keeps me smiling and asks how I am. All the girls are wonderful and sweet and caring. They always ask at the end of my appointment if I’m happy and I’m always gushing about how much I love my nails. They care about their clients.

Perfect gel polish manicure. Sweet staff who were kind enough to help when I appeared to be struggling to find just the right color. Heidi (if I caught her name right) was the nail tech who took care of me and she did a fabulous job. 10/10

Love their work! My friend and I come from Canton and Milton just to meet up here to have our nails done! I normally just get an SNS manicure, but I opted for a basic pedi as well this last time and it was amazing!

I can love my manicures again! I tried 5 other nail salons before making Essences my regular place. Cindy is the owner; she makes a good effort to be friendly and accommodating, all while running a business. Ty does great manicures. The other patrons have always been friendly to me. My favorite thing about this place is the atmosphere. It’s not too loud, but people feel free to have friendly conversations. It’s not snobby, but it’s not a hole in the wall either. It’s always clean, too.

I went to Essences Nail & Day Spa for the first time tonight, and I had a wonderful experience! Ally did my SNS nails, and they look fabulous. The shape is perfect, and she got them thinner than I’ve ever had them before. I am so pleased with my nails. I would definitely come here again and would recommend to a friend!

Cindy and her crew were great! Polite and professional with uniforms and everything. They did some fancy work ok my nails and it went past closing time, but they were so nice about it. I’ll be coming back! Bonus is Lash Beauty Bar was in their store and extensions were done at the same time! Fun spa day and my feet needed that made with the pedi!
