I don’t normally write reviews, but I’m disappointed with the haircut I received here. I came in with my natural wavy hair and explained that I wanted my curtain bangs and layers refreshed to give my wavy hair more volume. Jocelyn cut my hair unevenly (she didn’t center my part like I asked), and then she proceeded to straighten it which made it look super flat and choppy. I didn’t want to be rude so I paid the $40, but it looks like a haircut I could’ve given myself at home for free.

While Gordon seems like a very nice human, he gave me an awful haircut. I asked for a 6 inch trim and instead he cut my hair (that was to my hipbone, almost to my butt) to where it now rests slightly below my shoulder (cut at least a foot off, if not more). I am absolutely devastated and spent the day crying. He also did not ask me about how I parted or styled my hair, didn’t ask me about my hair type (I have curly hair, so once I shower my hair will likely curl and appear even shorter) and the layers he gave me were nothing like what I asked for. I unfortunately will NOT be coming back to this salon.
