Overall great experience. Clean and tidy salon with friendly staff. I basically went in with a vague non specific vision of what I wanted and Elyse did a fantastic job working out how to get it done. Also through a curveball and had to shorten my time due to daycare pick up and she worked with me to get the cut and color done with slight adjustments and not have to reschedule. They do have a very strict cancellation policy. Will go back again!

I’ve been here twice in the last 6 months and also recommended twice. From my experience it was good. I like how my hair is the way it came out although it wasn’t my goal i appreciated each time. I did like it. For my two recommendations I cant not say the same. One came out with burnt hair and not even styled and the other the color was there but for a week then faded out to brassy. Fair pricing for service; service was there but each time one of us went the goals of hair desire were not met not even close.

Critical: QualityI had a bad experience with this salon a couple months ago. I went for a natural look color( I wanted a balayage but I’m pretty sure I just got highlights and bleach). Also, Brooke didn’t style my hair at all. I was a frizzy hot mess when I left. Not the color I chose either but I decided to give it a chance. I am never going there again. I thought since my stylist had curly hair that she would know and understand my hair. I had a bad experience with this salon a couple months ago. I went for a natural look color( I wanted a balayage but I’m pretty sure I just got highlights and bleach). Also, Brooke didn’t style my hair at all. I was a frizzy hot mess when I left. Not the color I chose either but I decided to give it a chance. I am never going there again. I want to say that the experience as far as friendliness was amazing. Now as for my hair and my daughters hair I am not happy. My hair is dark and feels like straw. I barely see highlights. My daughter got the dead cut off. I wanted it all cut out. I came back in and was told to come back in 4 weeks to get another trim. Not acceptable. I can’t afford 280.00 on a high light low light and a kids cut. I did this as a special treat and have brittle hair and my daughter still has lots of dead ends.

My wife went here to get a rather simple hair cut. After nearly an hour the stylist was only about halfway done. They then started to try to go faster and did half ass job finishing the cut. It was so bad my wife had to go to a different salon to get it fixed. When asked about a refund for the poor quality she was told that they only give credits toward another haircut. Good policy if you never want to have to give a refund/compensation because my wife never wants to go back.

So my wife has had nothing but bad experiences from this place…. the first time they tried charging her for hi-lights which she didn’t get even after asking for them but they still tried charging her and then the second/last time she wanted a simple haircut and they absolutely destroyed her hair… all she wanted was a bob haircut (Whatever thats is)… but ended up looking like chucky from child’s play… my wife walked in the house crying it was so bad and the worst part is my wife still payed for it… all $180 of which blew my mind even more. Very unhappy with this salon.

It’s always a pleasure to get my hair cut here. Starting with a scalp massage before the shampoo, a hot towel with the conditioner, and a hand massage. Then I had my hair cut and styled, exactly the way I desired. So relaxing and refreshing!
