I live in Kansas City and was a massage therapist about 15 years ago before changing careers. His skill level is on par and even exceeds the knowledgeable, seasoned instructors that I had. I have had many massages since that time, but I have struggled to find a therapist who is able to apply their skills and knowledge of the body in a way that demonstrates expertise and promotes healing. I usually end up being disappointed because the therapist does not listen to me or my body, or the person may not have a complete working knowledge of massage techniques.While in town for a trip to Sedona, I wanted to get a massage. I had undergone a surgical shoulder labrum repair about 7 weeks ago. The continued limitations on my mobility and posture were causing pain in my shoulder, neck, and back. Chris expertly knew what to do to loosen the adhesions, release tight muscles, and promote healthy mobility within my specifications of how I am currently cleared to move by my doctor. The massage was amazing and my mobility is greatly improved! He decreased the pain and tension in my shoulder, neck, and back. If you have recently had surgery (cleared by dr for movement), you must incorporate massage into your healing plan!!!This will help you regain use and decrease pain from surgery and movement limitations. Massage can help with old or chronic pain also!! Chris is THE PERSON to see!!! I can’t recommend him enough!! I am blown away by his skill and level of knowledge that he used to help my body!
