The lady who did my pedicure took her time and did an excellent job! I love my feet now that she fixed them. She did not charge for the nail trim or gel polish removal like most other places. I’m very happy with the service I was given! I will be back! Waxing, Pedicure

I went in and asked for a full set. They didn’t tell me it would cost me $10 for coffin shape. See the picture, they aren’t even coffin shaped. So my full set that stated would be $38 was $48. Then I asked for a polish change on my toes and they forced me to pay for a pedicure and charge me another $10 due to the previous polish being gel when the last time I came here, I was only charged $15 for a gel polish change. They were rude, pushy and didn’t tell me about any of these charges prior to performing the services. Will never return. I advise anyone to take their money elsewhere: their prices on the menu are not what they end up charging you.

I used to go to Kim’s by the 99 cent store and they were okay you know the service was alright and the nails were OK but I went to Essence and was blown away by the amazing quality of the nails I didn’t see one blemish on my acrylics and Tiffany did them. The service here was also amazing, the staff was incrediblely nice and made the experience of trying a new salon very easy. 10/10 would recommend.

Was just there one week ago. Paid good money to have a pedicure. At the time it was a great experience but within one week the gel polish on my toenails has peeled off. Ive had many many gel polishes before and usually they last a very long time. I am on vacation, which is why I had it done and now my nails are a mess. Not happy and will be seeking a refund or re-do when I get back to Casa Grande!!!

I went the other day and on top of them not being able to do what I wanted I had to choose 5 different times on a mail style they could do. I waited an additional 35 minutes I was okay with. But just for the guy to rush on my nails. Do the shape I didn’t want. And my nails were so uneven and bulky. Not even filed correctly I still had acrylic on the side of my nails that are bulky. I wouldn’t recommend this place.

Called Sunday pm to see if any availability for a manicure and was told to come in a half hour. Arrived at shop which was busy and was taken in shortly thereafter. Linda was my tech…not many words or smiles but did an EXCELLENT job! Place could use a little sprucing up cleaning wise. Value for money was great and I would go back in a heartbeat. Thankyou Linda

The wait was ridiculous I understand if someone has an appointment but there were literally 8 people walking that were taken before my 2 full sets. All I was told was a “a few more minutes” before I knew it an hour had gone by… though they had good reviews I found this to be a complete waste considering they didn’t even do what I asked for… terrible experience!

Honestly, the best manicure and pedicure I’ve had in my entire life! The paraffin wax helped take off buildup on my feet that had not been removed in the last three or four pedicures that I’ve had. The comfort and care for both my Mani and my Pedi we’re just phenomenal. Thao is hands down the best nail asthetician I’ve ever had! I’ll definitely be back!!
