First time client, booked an appointment online with Tom after reading the great reviews about Ada and Tom. When I got to the salon, I was told that Tom was busy and asked if I would mind if someone else started my pedicure. I said sure, thinking that maybe they would get the water started and trim my toenails. Whoever the girl was that started my pedicure actually ended up doing the entire thing along with my manicure. I’m pretty sure that she was either doing clinical hours for aesthetician school or just graduating. She kept talking herself through the steps of what to do, and mentioned that she had just passed all of her tests at school. Long story short, my manicure and pedicure turned out terrible. And she cut the heck out of one of my cuticles. The salon of course had no problem charging me full price for what was apparently a student or a new graduate work. Also be aware that the prices on the website are lower than what they actually charge at the salon.

Not happy, nails had yellow spots and were super gooey and sticky. Everything was sticking to them. I asked to have redone and was told they didn’t have time. I should have been refunded if no time to re-do them. I had to remove the gel myself. I have an upcoming event and they looked horrid. Gel manicures
