I booked a prenatal massage with them and when I got there the therapist has switched without notifying me. I overheard her talking with the receptionist about her not having experience and she still took me back to the massage room. I told her I’m 7 months pregnant (which I told the receptionist at booking and on my paperwork) and the therapist told me she had only ever done one prenatal massage before but the woman wasn’t very far along. She asked me if I would be comfortable on my stomach which was a big red flag (she did not have any support pillows or anything). I told her I was not comfortable and this didn’t feel right so I would not be having the massage and she said that’s ok that’s my prerogative. No – that’s me making a smart decision for me and my baby’s health and safety. According to the receptionist this therapist is NOT on the list of prenatal providers which is such an inappropriate and unethical decision for them to set me up with her. I’m so disappointed and cannot believe how unprofessional this experience was. I would not trust them with any service after this. They asked me to come back later with another provider and offered free aromatherapy… are you serious? How on earth do you think I would trust them now. And free aromatherapy, really? Come on. That does not make up for unethical practice. Talk about a malpractice lawsuit waiting to happen.

My first time at this Spa, I received a massage as a gift and what a great gift it was. The Spa was beautiful, very modern, the staff was cheerful and attentive and wow what a great relaxing massage. I will be coming back for more massages in the future.

I had such a great experience with service that will cause me to come back time and time again. The massage therapists are skilled in knowing how to tailor the experience to fit your needs. Everyone working there greets you will a welcoming attitude and it puts you in a perfect serene mood for the session. I would recommend this place to anyone!
