I’ve been going to Jenn at Essence Hair Salon for about 2 years. She used to be an instructor at a beauty school so she definitely knows what she’s doing. She listens to what I want and is always very acommodating. I very often get compliments on my hair from total strangers!

Tricia is fabulous. Highly recommended. She listens to what you want and creates it. She is extremely knowledgeable. I brought her a bunch of pictures of hair style ideas and she created it. She is all about the client. UPDATE: she’s not vaccinated and doesn’t share that with her customers. She also didn’t share with me that during one of my appointments, her roommate was dealing with Covid. Huge bummer.

Really enjoyed getting my hair done here although it was a little pricey. I have layers and when she (Trisha) trimmed my hair she took care to preserve the layers nicely! This is also the only stylist I’ve ever let touch my bangs, and they look phenomenal.

I spent 2 great months in Prescott this winter. I researched hair salons and called Essence. Elizabeth,the owner fit me in for a cut, which I loved and the next month,Valentines Day for color and a cut. I’ve never had a more thorough consultation to decide the color or more time spent on the application. Still no grey today on April 10, almost 2 months later. Am so pleased and will be back next winter!
