I didn’t want to go to a chain place but also knew that it might be hard to get a 90 minute session only a week in advance. Found Essence Day spa in a Google search and all the reviews were really good. Especially ones for Ashley who is a MT at Essence. She had availability and I booked the appointment. The booking process online was super easy and they emailed all the forms and releases that needed to be filled out in advance so I only had to show up 5 minutes before. I appreciated the timeliness and professionalism leading up to, during and after my appointment. The appointment itself was great as I had a 90 minute deep tissue massage. She did a fantastic job. The pressure was perfect and she really focused on the areas I requested. The studio was really nice and clean and the price was very reasonable especially for the quality of massage I received from Ashley. The beach and a massage are great ways for me to relax. If I’m back in the area again I will certainly come back to Essence Day spa and definitely recommend it to others. Everyone was super nice and the massage was great. Wonderful place! I got an anti aging massage from Eryka & she did a FANTASTIC job! EXTREMELY soothing, friendly, & non judgmental atmosphere! Super cozy & cute! I found a decently priced Groupon for a facial & it was worth every penny! Treat yourself! 🙂

Ashley did a phenomenal job with my lash extensions. The spa is so cute and very clean. The room was very comfortable and with the soothing music, the ocean sounds and the comfy massage table, I took a much needed nap!!! I absolutely love my lashes and will be using Essence Day Spa and Ashley for my lashes and facials!!

Started my 30th Birthday off just right!!!! I found Essence Day Spa through a Google search. Finding an establishment online that is professional, clean and attentive can be hard when you are unfamiliar with the area. I read through the reviews and was highly satisfied. My deep tissue massage was with Josh K and it was a great experience. I left feeling relaxed and refreshed. I will definitely return when I am in the area!
