I’ve written a post before. Rhidi is THE BEST. I moved to CT about a year and a half ago and always come back for her. Reasons: price is reasonable, service is EXCEPTIONAL. Full Brazilian in 15 minutes or less. And I’m sure she can guarantee it. She’s amazing and personable. She doesn’t leave any stragglers hanging around.

Very friendly staff and the owner who really understood our urgency and got quick appointment for my kids haircut. Very well maintained and sparkling clean place including bathroom with nice fragrance. Price is really affordable and Will visit again. Recommend others as well.

Most amazing service ever received in a hair salon! As Ridhi consulted on color, she compared my hair to that of family members, friends and customers whom are respected with the same dignity. One felt a kinship and sisterhood as she spoke the names of those she has served. Going there feels like seeing your best girlfriend or getting ready for your wedding with your maid of honor.

The salon has always been clean and has a tranquil atmosphere, but they have taken even more cleaning precautions before and after guests come for reservation in the wake of covid-19. Another awesome visit to get my eyebrows done this time by thread. When I arrived at the salon around 9pm, the doors were locked but lights on the owner came opened the door and said it was ok that she would do my eyebrows by thread, because the wax was not heated up. They usually close at 7pm. I love how great the owner is to her customers, she goes beyond what she really needs too.

Once I went to Rhidi for threading, I never went anywhere else. Then I learned of her amazing waxing skills. A. Brazilian is in no way pleasant, but Rhidi does it quickly and has a bedside manor that makes it that much more tolerable. Plus, she isn’t shy about it. That’s important for me. And… if all that weren’t enough, their pricing is competitive with any of the surrounding salons. Bottom line, highly recommended!

Ridhi is amazing. I’ve gone to her for threading and waxes. She makes you feel so comfortable in some of the most uncomfortable situations. She is amazing and her threading is always on point. I have gone to many places but Ridhi is by far the BEST! I would recommend her to everyone!

Really unsanitary!!!!! I went once before and the technician was very professional. Used different application sticks each time. However this time she dipped the same stick in after using it on me. leading me to believe she did the same with her Brazilian before me.(looked as though she used the same pot of wax as well) This is very dangerous and she can spread infections between clients!!! Think HIV, Herpes, HPV. I won’t be returning.
