I decided to use Lana’s services after reading all the positive reviews and people were not lying!! Lana did an AMAZING job on my brazilian. Pleasant environment, she was very professional, easy to talk to, thorough and detail oriented. From the first visit to my most recent, I receive caring, professional and wonderfully relaxing visits. She has cared for my skin for years now and the improvements to my aging skin are fabulous – it is soft, revitalized and healthy. She has been attentive to my skin’s needs, from sensitivities to sun spots to aging issues. The products she has introduced to my skin care has turned around the condition of my skin and I am very happy. Her massages are effective for injuries and for relaxation. She is respectful of my needs and listens to my concerns and needs. My daughter also goes to Lana – and loves her facials and those foot massages! I have only the most positive and appreciative comments to offer for the care and treatment I receive in her care. And the value she offers allows me to go frequently. I began with waxing and later when she started laser hair removal I had that done and now only get touch up work done.Her prices are excellent as are the results. She also never pushes products or up sells; in fact several times she’s not done some waxing because she didn’t think I needed it (for example lower back) and hence saved me money.She is always professional, thorough, and pleasant. Waxing never feels great but I’ve had it done several other spas before finding her and her method of waxing is much better and gentler than the others by far.After a while I started adding a massage to my treatment after waxing and she is a wonderful massage therapist as well. Only problem once done is having to become alert enough to drive home after feeling so relaxed. :-)Everything there is clean, comfortable, relaxing and first rate. Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, QualityI have been getting waxed by Lana for years and would highly recommend her; I have even recommended her to my mom and sisters who have all seen Lana (my mom raves about her facials). She is very professional, gentle, and efficient. Appointments never feel rushed like sometimes they can at waxing chains; she takes her time and is very thorough. It was wonderful to see her again after things started to up open after the Covid-19 shut down. Lana has always kept the rooms very clean and hygienic. With Covid-19, she implemented all the extra health and safety measures to ensure that there is minimal contact between clients. She has asked her clients wait in their cars and to call when they get there to ensure that she has time to clean everything down between clients before they come in. I have not had any interaction with other clients as I have come and gone. Masks are required for the clients and Lana is decked out in all the PPE (face mask, face shield, gown, and gloves). I felt very comfortable; her concern for everyone’s health and safety was clear.
