I had an appointment for a signature pedicure and was not impressed. The entire service felt rushed. The actual polish job was good, but she spent about 10 seconds filing my heels which was my main reason for the appointment. I mentioned this when checking out and the man helping me gave me a pumice bar so I could do it myself to which I replied “well I’m pregnant and can’t reach which is why I booked the pedicure”, he told me to have my friend who I was with do it. He said so in a joking manner, but seriously this isn’t a solution. No discount was offered or correction of service. I used to be a Cosmetologist and managed a high-end salon for many years and this is completely unacceptable. Hands down the worst pedicure I’ve ever had and definitely not worth $54.

I called before I came for a gel toe polish change, I guess they were closing soon so they were rushing and my polish was not dry so it started peeling when I got home. The man that owns the building is very rude !! Was texting me with an attitude! They have no professionalism in this place! And on top of that he was screaming at me in front of his customers!

overcharged. website said 32 dollars plus for full acrylic set. i figured it would be around 40. they charged me almost 70 dollars for these. when i asked why so much i got no direct answer as to why. maybe they overcharged me because i’m under 18 i don’t know. also the lady i had was rushing so much. and i had to sit there for almost 40 minutes waiting for her to be ready way past my appointment time. the guy at the front was also rude.

Booking an appointment was so easy via text , i loved that I didn’t have to make a phone call.The salon is beautiful and Kayla did an amazing job on my nails , she really went above and beyond. I am so impressed with this nail salon . I just moved to Strongsville and figured I would try this place out. Booking an appointment was so easy via text , i loved that I didn’t have to make a phone call.The salon is beautiful and Kayla did an amazing job on my nails , she really went above and beyond. If you go to Espres nails, request anyone there but Lynn. I have had Lynn on two separate occasions and had a terrible experience each time. I had to file my own nails because she was unable to file them in a straight across line. When she was done filing, there was always a severe angle to the nails. I got the dip nails the last time I was there and the overall quality with Lynn was poor. The cuticle line looked terrible, the nails were uneven in thickness and I again had to file my own nails to make them even. It’s so poor quality that I will be going somewhere else to have my nails redone since this last visit was to get my nails done for my wedding.
