Critical: ProfessionalismIf I could give negative stars I would. My fiancé bought a hair straightener specifically from this salon and they gave her one year warranty, which they didn’t honor. They told my fiancé that she must of bought the hair straightener else where, and not to mention they didn’t even apologize to her. The owner was rude and passive aggressive and very unprofessional! If I could give negative stars I would. My fiancé bought a hair straightener specifically from this salon and they gave her one year warranty, which they didn’t honor. They told my fiancé that she must of bought the hair straightener else where, and not to mention they didn’t even apologize to her. The owner was rude and passive aggressive and very unprofessional! I do not recommend this salon, go spend your hard earned money else where!!!!

Critical: ProfessionalismThis is the 3rd time I go to this salon and I’ve only had 1 good experience. I decided to return to get my eyebrows waxed because I really liked the way rosy left them the first time and how careful she was after I told her I had very sensitive skin. The second time I went they had someone else wax me even tho I booked with rosy. I requested to the other stylist to use a different wax because of my skin problem and she continued to use the normal wax and I ended up with a Horrible skin rash that lasted up to 3 days. I decided to give this place one last try hoping that rosy would attend me after booking with her but when I got there she said she didn’t know what kind of wax I was requesting and had the same lady from the other time take over and wax me. She left the wax on one of my eyebrows for too long and she kept rubbing me with a towel even though my skin was already a bit irritated, my eyebrows came out uneven and you could tell this woman was very rushed even though there was no other clients at the moment. I decided to return to get my eyebrows waxed because I really liked the way rosy left them the first time and how careful she was after I told her I had very sensitive skin. Critical: QualityHaircut with Albert only lasted about 5 minutes. Extremely rushed and was left with a choppy, uneven mess. I didn’t even get a chance to look at the back with a mirror. I felt so rushed out of there I didn’t even realize how bad it all was until I got home. Extremely disappointed and unsatisfied especially after reading such great reviews from others. Haircut with Albert only lasted about 5 minutes. Extremely rushed and was left with a choppy, uneven mess. I didn’t even get a chance to look at the back with a mirror. I felt so rushed out of there I didn’t even realize how bad it all was until I got home. Extremely disappointed and unsatisfied especially after reading such great reviews from others. Wax with Rosalba was good, though.
