I wanted to get dip powder for the first time and this place was recommended to me. So, I gave it a try. Not even 24 hours and I’ve got chips, uneven parts and spaces and I’m very unhappy with the outcome. They weren’t busy so that was not a problem of having to get to other clients. I just would not recommend them especially for something this simple.

The worst gel manicure I’ve ever had. I had them done yesterday and they are already chipping. The man used dirty tools and was rude the entire time. He was disgusting he would wipe his nose and then touch my hands. I asked for rounded nails and he shaped them into points. He gave me a basket of the nail color options and it had half the options in it and when I couldn’t find the color I wanted immediately from the basket he went and got others and threw them in the basket in my face. It was $48 but was worth about $5.

Went yesterday to get my nails done and I would not recommend. The staff is not friendly nor welcoming. The man who did my nails was very aggressive and cut me multiple times. Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Quality, ValueI like this nail salon at the mall. The woman who runs it and everyone else in there is always very nice. I’ve never had an issue there in the past when I stopped in. That is not my usual nail salon but tonight I thought I’d stop in and get a pedicure and my toes were literally butchered by the shorter man with glasses to the point I was bleeding! He was so aggressive I’m sore hours later. I’ve had other ladies say he has done the same thing to him. I like this nail salon at the mall. The woman who runs it and everyone else in there is always very nice. I’ve never had an issue there in the past when I stopped in. That is not my usual nail salon but tonight I thought I’d stop in and get a pedicure and my toes were literally butchered by the shorter man with glasses to the point I was bleeding! I should of known when another customer came in to get her pedicure fixed from the day prior because her gel peeled off that I was going to have issues. My pedicure looks awful literally painted my toe not just my nail it’s been lifting and peeling since i got it. I also got dip nails which are lifting on some nails. Now on a different nail there is something brown growing between my natural nail and the dip. Thank goodness i got french tips and can see it so i can get them taken off asap before it makes me sick. 100% reporting it to the health department. Not sure if it’s unclean tools or unprofessional techniques used while doing nails, but at this rate all their customers are probably leaving unsatisfied and probably going to cause them to get sick as well.

The lady was SO rude. My nails look TERRIBLE! She didn’t even file my nails straight. And the gel polish was uneven and opaque. It was supposed to be a richcolor, but was an uneven opaque. Waste of $25 by far!
