Then took us into the lounge area which was full of nice Aromas, Pleasant Auras and relaxing sounds not to mention the offered mimosas or water. Tatiana was my Masseuse where she made sure I was completely comfortable and Delivered great pressure directly to points in which we discussed but focused overall. Tamia was my esthetician and She’s Nothing but Awwwsome and Delightful, & Very Informative about the skin.My friend hand Ronald for her Masseur , she Raved about how Great he was ( I got a bit Jealous lol) , and Tera was her esthetician which she delivered a great experience for the Birthday lady. Overall your Establishment Is a place of Peacefulness, Very Inviting and Clean. And your Team Went Above and Beyond to make sure we Were Satisfied. Your Team/Staff where Outstanding upon First Entrance of your Establishment, Derrick was very welcoming and Inviting he prepped us with Robes, Sandals/Slippers , and Lockers for personal items. Positive: Professionalism, QualityOh my, where do I begin?From booking my birthday spa party to the beautiful day of.My guest and I were welcomed with a smile by Tera and we were then shown to the locker area where we changed.We were escorted to the “relaxation room” where there were balloons, personalized decor, sandwiches, cupcakes, mimosa’s, sangria, & water of course. None of which I brought, totally all Pure Vichy doing.We were allowed time to mingle & enjoy the refreshments. Then either our masseuse or esthetician (depending if we booked a massage or facial). Since I booked 2 services, massage & facial, I started with Ronald for my massage. Let me tell you briefly about Mr. Ronald…his hands were basically made to for this. Although he’s very soft spoken, he was also very personable. He noticed I had tension & after my massage and once I was robbed, he shared some stretched to practice so I wouldn’t be so tense. I then went on to my facial with Tatiana.
