I feel comfortable in her chair because she is so down to earth and easy to carry a conversation with. Go to escape and ask for Vic, check out their unique clothes in the boutique while you’re there. After hundreds of miles of hiking my feet were in rough shape! I’m traveling though and wanted a manicure and pedicure. I made an appointment with Escape Spa and I am SO glad I did! The salon owner, Victoria worked diligently to make my feet new again! Crystal did my manicure and both jobs are one of the best I’ve ever had. These ladies are very meticulous about getting everything right. My polish job is flawless! The place was very clean and relaxing. I wish I could give more stars!

I got my haircut by Victoria and she is really great and she did a good job. The price is good for the haircut and the rooms look very cool, as well as, they have very calming music playing there so you just feel relaxed the whole time you are there.

I have been to a few salons in Greenville and Escape Spa & Boutique has by far been the best one. The stylists have done an amazing job every time I have been in there and were so friendly and welcoming. And the boutique in the Salon has the cutest clothes and jewelry. I would definitely recommend this salon to anyone who wants to get pampered!

I have been trying to get a refund from a color service back in January from Escape Spa and Boutique. She didn’t even get close to the color I requested and charged me $125. The Stylist, Crystal stated she had a 7 day guarantee to fix it if I was unhappy and then when I tried to come back she tried to charge me the full amount once again. After speaking with the Salon owner, Victoria Tompkins, she stated she would let Crystal fix it for $40 just to cover product but after Crystal touching my hair the first time -I refused to let her do it again, afraid she’d mess my hair up more. I requested a color of rose gold with hues of pink and purple with a brown to dark neutral on the top. Literally, all she did was lightening my hair about 1-2 shades lighter & put red toner on it. So literally there wasn’t much a difference. I did received a free haircut because they were running a promotion at the time.
