I have been to dozens of masseuses in the past 15 years. I have never found one like Jessica. I work a physically demanding job that leaves my body full of problem areas. I have never found anyone who can give the level of precision with a deep tissue like her. She’s also so very in tune with the area around the knot to work on it in the best way. For me, personally, she infused deep tissue and Thai. I receive stretching to help prevent future issues while working out current ones. If you’re looking for someone who can actually get you towards physical relief from aches, pains, and all around better quality of life… she is your girl. I’m a regular for a reason. She’s absolutely improved my quality of living. If you have chronic muscle pain I could not more highly recommend Escape Spa. 5 stars!

Critical: Communication, Professionalism, QualityA particular are to focus on which she did a great job on however it was poorly timed and was not finished.The 3rd time is the last time I would use her. She came in at exactly start time. No diffuser, no lighting. She came in sat down and ate a taco. Rather than a greeting, in a very unprofessional rude manner told me I made the appointment wrong in the system and griped at me for using the Groupon again (had no idea I wasn’t supposed to). When she finished eating she led me into the room. As she started the massage she smelled like tacos and cigarettes she kept taking breaks to rattle her icy drink slurp on her soda. Then she started hnonsenseacking up a lung and left to find a cough drop. She used rocks the whole time and just ignored the obvious crackly problem spots.
