Went here ab 4 months ago, but ju getting around to writing this review. Terrible experience. Impossible communication due to language barrier. Charged extra for CBD oil, although it appeared to be included in the price for the massage. The man, who did my massage, left the room 3 times to answer the phone and speak to someone who came in. Unbelievable! Will never go here again!

Horrible Language Barrier….they literally don’t speak or understand English. At least be able to respond to questions about the services you all offer. Also I don’t prefer table massages they make me nauseous so I like chair massages and the chair is in the lobby. Like wth where is the privacy. Walked out didn’t receive the massage.

We went and got a couples massage today. I had been here once before years ago and had a really great experience. This time was unfortunately not. The lady kept answering the phone during the massage and they left three times to go to the front. It still counted towards our time. The massage was okay. It was not good. It was just okay. They left the door open so we could hear everything going on up front. I also asked for the body scrub. Normally with a body scrub, they do it before the massage on the massage table and use hot towels to get the scrub off. Not this place. It’s a table shower. I ended it and they still charged me. Will not be back.

I took my best friend to Escape Spa for her birthday. I got the relaxation package and she got the beauty package. These packages are amazing! Well worth every penny. We both enjoyed the experience here. Not once did we feel uncomfortable. Very nice people and they work hard to make you feel comfortable as possible. We will be returning to Escape Spa the next time we have a girls day off.
