Hope we very professional. Wrecked a bad bleach job by trying to do it myself and although it was impossible to get it to the color I wanted she was able to lighten it significantly without it falling out and still made it wearable. Baby steps but any other salon would most likely just tell me to go darker or completely ruin my hair. It still feels soft to the touch and looks healthy. Excited to get it to where I want it but super proud of the hairdresser for not pushing me past what my hair could take just because I wanted another color and was a little upset. Appreciate the honesty and that hair is still on my head. Would recommend her to anyone.

Gladis is amazing. She did my hair for my wedding which was very long and a few months later she helped me cut 10+ inches off for a whole new look. Shes also done my makeup, highlights and nails. Shes amazing and I’ll never go to anyone but her for any of my styling needs! Even my husband sees her. He will also see no other stylist! Love Gladis! Love Escape Salon!

We walked in at 7:20 only needing two fills. The lady greeted and asked what we wanted and when we replied a second lady responded, “We close at 8:00.” We are on the road a lot and rarely have any time to pamper ourselves. We have never been rejected services even though the place was still open to receive business for another 40 minutes. Don’t pretend your laziness wasn’t the reason we couldn’t get two fills that could have been done by 8:00.
