I travel a lot and have gotten my nails done at a ton of places, whether walk in or appointment, and I hate to write a bad review BUT these were the WORST nails I’ve ever gotten in my life. I was a walk in for a full set of dip and my wait time was longer then the actual appointment time. I was rushed through the ENTIRE appointment, she barely prepped my nails for dip, didn’t touch cuticles, and didn’t even out the nail lengths at all so they’re all different sizes. The nail tech all but threw my hands around from how rushed it was and even the lady next to me commented on how fast she was going. I was not impressed by their dip color selection either, overall a super uncomfortable experience and will not be going back.

This has to be the worst nail salon & Day Spa. My daughter received dipping powder fill and her nails was bumpy like a 3D mountain terrain. When I called back they told us to come back and when we get there the manager and receptionist were gone and she was sent to the same person who messed up her nails in the first place (Helen). We will not be coming back to this subpar establishment. I wouldn’t recommend sending your pet ( dog, cat, turtle) here.

Critical: Professionalism(If you do not like cuts, try to avoid looking at the photos. They’re not graphic, but they are close ups and may make some people uncomfortable.)I’ve never particularly left a review for any business before; but I felt as if this one needed one. My mother and I went to this salon, and this was our third time being there. We had gone in for mani/pedis; and they had sat us down in the pedicure chairs to wait for the next available nail tech. It took around 40 minutes to start, compared to the 20 minute wait time they had told us we’d have to wait. When we started, everything was going pretty well. I went for the callous treatment, and all was fine until they had got the scrub sponge out. When she had begun to scrub, she did the first foot fine; but scrubbed the top of my toe on my left foot. This caused me to get an abrasion burn on the top of one toe (as seen in picture). This, followed with the nail care products that ended up in the cut was pretty painful. After that, we had the manicure. She cut my cuticle way too short, causing my finger to bleed and leaving the nasty cut (shown in the picture as well.) After we had paid and left, on the way home we had figured out they didn’t even put gel nail polish on our nails. It had been just the original acrylic nail polish, after they took gel nail polish to put those on.The experience had cost close to 200 dollars in total (both of our prices combined). This review was not meant to offend any people involved, I just wanted people to know of an experience. She seemed talented, and it’s one experience of a customer out of many.(If you do not like cuts, try to avoid looking at the photos. Been going here for years. Best service all nail technicians are excellent. I moved out of the area and still travel back to Stafford to get my mani and pedi. Highly recommend

I’ve been coming to this wonderful salon for more than 20 years. Everyone is ever so polite, knowledgeable and efficient. Kim has been not only my tech but indeed a true and trusting ,someone I consider a friend. Knowing your craft is something I admire. Kim is knowledgeable in all areas of working at Escape. I appreciate everything this salon has to offer.

Critical: QualityI went to get acrylic nails off and a manicure, I was a walk in so I didn’t mind waiting but a nail techs appointment was late so she was trying to see who she could Help quickly the lady at the desk told her what I needed and she said she didn’t have time to do that then she walked up to me and asked me to sit in her chair, She then proceeded to take my acrylic nails off by using a nail tip to pry them off my fingernails and she used a cuticle cutter to cut pieces of the acrylics but She also cut my natural nails. she did this to my right hand and I expressed verbally that it hurt and I also expressed physically that it hurt multiple times when I was flinching from the pain. Then After going back and fourth she finally decided to soak my nails and because her appointment showed up another lady had to take me, when I looked at the nail tech I had previously she was filing off the acrylic nails her client had. Because the nail tech pulled my acrylics off, my nails were very damaged and left thin and brittle with many cracks in it. It was so brittle that my new nail tech had to put on gels because they were so bad and didn’t put on regular polish like i had originally planned. Everywhere I look it says you shouldn’t pry off acrylic nails so I’m sure my old nail tech did it to get it done quickly not caring about how my nails were after because her appointment showed up. And even the new nail tech messed up the gels she left a bubble of acetone or water between the layers that cause a tear in the gels and then it peeled because it wasn’t glued to my nails at all. So now I have brittle and Damaged nails and one finger that’s messed up because the Gel peeled off, and it hasn’t even been a day and the gel peeled. I do not recommend this place.I went to get acrylic nails off and a manicure, I was a walk in so I didn’t mind waiting but a nail techs appointment was late so she was trying to see who she could Help quickly the lady at the desk told her what I needed and she said she …More
