Booked an appointment here and they charged me $50 just to book. Had my hair highlighted and they did not refund the $50. I called and asked why and they said oh we will credit on next visit. Booked another appt and the stylist no showed. So not only do o not get my $50 back but should I charge them for canceled appt like they would do if customer cancelled. So beware when they charge you to book an appointment. $185 for a partial color, toner and NO blow dry is extremely expensive especially for this location and experience in the salon. I have been to much nicer Aveda where they really pamper you and it was much less expensive. This place is ok at best but it’s really offensive to be charged $50 to make an appt only to have that charge not reimbursed and even to have your appt canceled an hour before.

My updo was prettier than I could ever have imagined and I received so many compliments on my hair! But most importantly, Becca made me feel very relaxed and calm during the service.
