I have never gotten my nails done before, so I had asked everyone I saw who had acrylics where they had gotten them. Everyone said to go to here! I’ve gone to Escape twice now, and I was super happy both times with the designs and have gotten tons of compliments! This nail design was kind of daunting, but the nail tech who did it (shout out to Vi!) was amazing and super patient with this design! I also really loved another lady who did my nails the first time, who’s name I forgot to ask. Both were very kind and patient with me as I am still a nail newbie. I recommend this place for all!

Not a great or good first experience. I had to remind my nail tech that he hadn’t even cut my cuticles and then he tried cutting them raw! My nail polish was very sloppy. Some parts were painted too thin where you can see that the paint didn’t go over, and others were too thick. A different nail tech had to come fix them and she did a much better job, still my nails look pretty bad. I’ve been getting my nails done for years not my first time getting a manicure. The fact that one of the techs told me they looked bad because it was a “regular manicure and not a no chip” is absurd. No thank you!

The first time I went I had a good experience with the lady who did my nails so I came back today for a second time , an ombré again. This time I paid 80$ Which is the most expensive ombré I have paid for at any salon , the guy over filed my nails and some of them are shaped square rather than coffin , and to top it off there is a black spot in my nail which I asked the technician to fix and he told me he would not because it was already cured and asked if I wanted a flower sticker to cover it. Not pleased I would never spend that much money again for low quality service. Disappointed.

**UPDATE** The managers customer service is absolutely amazing. I ended up contacted them and explain what was going on with my nails they told me to come in and they happily fixed it and it looks way better and I’m really happy with my nails.

I came in on Monday for a pedicure with friends, I got the Escape Pedicure ($50 plus $10 tip) and went with regular nail polish for my toes (first mistake) and my tech did not do a topcoat and actually never came back to check on them after putting on color and did not put much effort into the pedicure part at all, another tech checked them and sent me on my way, upon me getting home I noticed it was completely smudged and polish was missing in places, the following day I called and spoke to someone asking if I could get them fixed and do shellac to avoid this happening again and that I had no problem paying to $10-$15 upcharge (I’m unsure what actual amount was) even though they had made the mistake, the woman assured me it would be no problem and they would absolutely fix them and to just walk in, fast forward to today (Friday) to have them fixed, I waited over 30 minutes before they could help me due to them busy which wasn’t a huge deal, I then get in a chair and they repaint them and did the shellac as I had asked and it did look much better, then at checkout they tell me it will be an additional $30 for the fix they had just done, I explained I did not think that made much sense that I’d pay that much for a mistake they made, after I had drove in there twice now and all they did was repaint their mistake, they would not reason with me and after it all gave me $5 off, making my whole total nearly $90 for one basic pedicure and driving there twice so they could charge me for a mistake they made, I’m so disappointed because prior to this I’d had decent experiences there, I would NOT recommend and will definitely not be returning, beware!

I have been here before and have always had great service! I walked in for appointment today and was helped right away. A women named “Vee” did my nails. Her attention to detail and the wonderful job she did let me know that they care about their customers. I highly recommend Escape Nails! Gel manicures

HORRIBLE customer service. Most of the workers can’t even do nails right. You have to monitor them doing your nails as they go or you won’t be happy. Used to always go there, but they won’t get another penny out of me. Last time I went I was told one price then when it was time to pay they tried to tell me $15 more. HIGHLY UPSET. On another occasion, the person doing my nails broke like 3 of my real nails that I was growing out forever. Then didn’t even apologize, said it still looked fine. DOES NOT CARE ABOUT YOU, JUST YOUR MONEY. DO NOT GET YOUR NAILS DONE HERE!!
