The man who did my nails was very nice. We watched the deadly women true crime documentary while doing my nails. I came with bare nails. Mostly long. I asked for a dip manicure almond shape. I needed three tips to even up my nails. It cost a total of $64.20. It was more expensive than I thought. They did a fine job, but it wasn’t worth $64.20

DO NOT GO HERE!! Cheapest quality nails for nyc price. My nails started chipping off the day I got them done. When I went back to get them fixed he was charging me $33 to get them all fixed. The owner was so rude and broke my own nails while fixing them. WORST NAILS PLACE EVER.

i’ve been here twice and the first time i came for a full set and pedicure and they did a perfect job. the second time, not so much. i got the acrylics removed, and the woman just violently pried them off, ripping my natural nail in half. it was bleeding everywhere and she just painted the gel right over the scabs like it was nothing. it hurt so much and i am still in pain right now. feels like i can’t touch anything. also, this time my pedicure was sloppy. the layers of polish are clearly seen and it is not a smooth, even color. totally not worth 90 dollars when i have gotten better service at other places for 65. i would say do not come here if you’re getting your acrylics removed. go somewhere that you know soaks them off instead of ripping them off your nail. it’s really a toss-up with this one, they either do amazing or terrible. either way, it’s super expensive. the people who work there are very quiet so sometimes it’s hard to figure out what they want you to do and it gets awkward. if they are working on other people when you come in, they don’t greet you. it’s also a little weird how they only take cash because not many people carry 100+ dollars in cash with them at all times.

I went there had old acrylics removed and a full set put on my manicurist was Tina she was very sweet and friendly and very knowledgeable and good at her job .Was clean everybody was polite I will go back. I’m starting classes in June for cosmetology myself and it was a joy to watch and any question I had she answered I will go back in a few weeks for my refill.

I was the first person thru the door this morning and when they still hadn’t started on my manicure 50 minutes later, I got up and left. This was the 4th time I have been to this salon. Each time they have charged more and done less. (For example, a “manicure” now includes only the polish. If you want an actual manicure that’s an additional charge, as is a soak off, as is…). There aren’t many choices in Oxford for a nail salon, but it’s really worth it to head out of town for better service and better prices.

Best pedicure I’ve ever had! My sister said best gel mani she’s ever had! Very affordable, great atmosphere, and such nice employees! Cash only- but they have an ATM there. Will definitely return.

My friends and I have been looking for a place where we could all get our nails done together but none of the places seemed to have enough chairs to get our nails all done at once, UNTIL we found Escape Nail Salon! If that wasn’t exciting enough, they also were the nicest people and did an amazing job on my nails. The massage that comes with the mani/pedi was also incredible. I hate it when places barely massage your hands and feet but they spent a solid 5 minutes each! LOVE LOVE LOVE! Cannot wait to go back very soon!
