Love the shape and the color just not satisfied. I understand I walked in at 6:15 or earlier but no rush had to be done on my nails.. I paid for a design I didn’t get I even got my nails cut down a bit from the last. I even came back because they do so good but anyway guess this was a bad day to go. The picture on the right was two weeks ago and I loved them got so many compliments but the picture on the left is today unfortunately.

If I could give this place 10 stars I would. Very relaxing environment absolutely love this place!!! Tried it out for the first time. I normally go to the short pump location.I had Rosie she is the best. She took her time was very detailed with her work. She gave me the best pedicure massage after a long day at work. They even give you drinks, that’s right wine and fruit with all your services. I will definitely be going back to her. If you haven’t yet go book your appointment with her.

First time at this location. I received a ‘Deluxe Pedicure’ today by Michael. He gives The Best foot, lower leg and shoulders massage! My feet feel and look great; cut, filed and polished beautifully. Definitely returning and definitely asking for Michael!

That’s it. After more than a decade of patronizing all of their locations, I’m officially done. I’ve paid more for the services and I’ve tipped generously and I’ve been relentlessly loyal, but now I’m officially done, after turning my head the other way for years. I used to look forward to treating myself to the $75 pedi but now I’d rather just not have my toes rot off from their disgusting practices, poor hygiene, and worrisome attitude to all of this.

The service was great but cleanliness was terrible. The towels they used stank, and before I even sat down to get a manicure there was pieces of nails all over the towel. Discusting. My sweet tea had some sort of bacteria in it and now I have a very bad sore throat. So gut renching

I went here for a pedicure on a whim with a friend and had the best experience! We didn’t have an appointment and we were easily accommodated on a Friday afternoon. Maria and Li were the techs that we saw and I can’t recommend them enough. We were offered fruit, drinks, and had the most extensive, amazing massages EVER!! This will be my go to place for good with Maria as my go to person! Thank you for the kind service and attention to detail!

I normally recommend this place to everyone I can because the ambiance is so peaceful and my first visits were great. This time, however, was the worst! I asked for regular polish on my toes and expected to have them painted first so they could be drying. I was seated in a pedicure chair but my technician Angel told me “later” and decided to do my nails first. She then rushed through my entire service (acrylic full set and toenail polish change) my cuticles are all cut up, my acrylic didn’t have a chance to dry before she started buffing, causing 1 nail to be uneven. When I showed it to her, she responded with “It’s ok”. I insisted she add more acrylic to fill in the empty spaces and she did, after a huff to let me know she was annoyed. When it came time for my toe polish, I now had no choice but to get $30 gel, instead of $10 regular polish as I wore socks and boots thinking I’d have at least an hour of drying time while getting my fingernails done. I was very disappointed with this visit and don’t know if I’ll continue to return or recommend.

Best “basic” pedi ever! I moved to this side of town 2 years ago and could NOT find a place so kept driving across town to the salon I trusted. A few weeks ago my friend suggested Escape….we had a blast and received excellent pedis!! I don’t like spending time, nor do I really Like to have my feet touched by strangers, therefore, I opt for the minimum….I was quite pleased at the efficiency and end result!!

I definitely won’t be returning. Pedicure was nothing to brag about (I didn’t pick anything fancy) what they did I could do it at home. I asked for full set gel nails, again nothing to brag about. My nail shape looks nothing like what I asked for when I pointed it out he told me my nail bed was to small. He said he could make it more square when he applies the gel. I should have gone with my instinct and asked to start again but I hate confrontation. One of my nails looks crucked, cut more on one side than the other and the polish looks more like a blob. I seriously don’t like them but I am gonna have to live with them for the time being. Spent $80 and I will definitely not be returning anytime soon EVER!!!
