Absolutely the worst customer service,and they did a horrible job (yes could have been worse) you should see how bad they messed up my friends. Mine have bubbles and black hair all in my nails. I asked her to fixed it which she did TWICE and it still looked bad to where I got tired of being there and just told her I was just going to Cut my loss because I was tired of being there. Her excuses was “short staff”

I went in for a pedicure and a gel manicure. The lady who did my pedicure was beyond excellent and she’s was detailed and has given me the best pedicure I’ve ever had. However, the manicurist I had, I cannot express the same gratitude. She didn’t say much and annoyed when I mentioned something I wanted or a look I wanted. I have very few google reviews to give and usually I don’t give them even when didn’t have a great experience. But I had to leave a review to express my frustration simply because my nails are noticeable to anyone, good or bad.

This nail salon is one of the kind. Best customer service everrr, so friendly and welcoming. I took my mom here to do nails today and completely felt in love with the place right when I first walked in. I didn’t want to do anything in the beginning, but I decided to gave myself a pedi treat, and It was so AMAZING. I honestly can’t tell enough how amazing this experience was. This nail salon definitely is my only nail salon I would bring my entire family in.

I got a manicure and a pedicure and both were super well done and it only took about an hour and 15 minutes for both. The salon was clean and they very clearly followed all normal sanitizing protocol of the instruments they use. Would 100% return.
