Kinda disappointed with my nails. Holly was attentive to the color/glitter process, but the shaping not so much. As she was adding the tips on, I noticed that a couple of them were bent back a bit. I figure once she starts shaping them that it would be fine. I’ve jad issues like this before and it turned out fine. Nope. I mentioned it to her after she did the dip and all she said was that she was going to file them down. Hmm, ok. I let her do her thing and paid no mind. After she was done I look again and they STILL had weird looking dips. So nothing had changed. Now I get to walk around with uneven nails. I paid $80 for this? The prices are not worth the quality of work.

Paola and Linda are THEE ABSOLUTE BEST !! They took my last minute appointment 2 weeks ago as they were closing and ever since then I haven’t even looked at another nail salon. The entire establishment is very welcoming, kind and focuses on the customers needs. I recently moved here from NY and I’m happy to call Escape Nails and Spa my new home

Terrible experience. Was recommended to get powder over gel bc it’s ’stronger’. Apparently not. Every single one of my nails have chipped or broken off & it’s hasn’t even been a week. Asked for them to nicely fix what they did wrong & said since it’s been more than 3 days I have to PAY for THEIR mistake. I asked to speak to a manager & the girl at the front (that had 0 emotion & careless attitude) said ‘that was the manager.’ I immediately left and explained I will never be back. Since when do we have to take repercussions for someone else’s poor actions. If you are looking to be scammed into paying more for a service and THEN having to pay more for their mistakes..this is the place for you!

My friend and I went in for a pedicure & massage. In the process, my friend asked her tech to soak off her nails. The tech essentially argued and told me friend that she’ll cut them down first. After my friend refused MULTIPLE times the tech STILL cut her nails along with her finger. My friend began to bleed and I had to ask for a towel to wrap her finger. The tech then requested that my friend soak the bleeding finger in the remover solution. The tech continued to try to remove the nail after my friend requested that she STOP. I had to speak up and remind her that no means no. My friend was so upset (and in pain) that she got up to go to cool off. When my friend left the tech proceeded to tell her coworker why she was right and my friend was wrong – IN FRONT OF ME. We completed our pedicures and ended the service. I explained that I didn’t feel safe in a room alone with someone who didn’t understand what no/stop mean. They still charged $70 each for the pedicures. I would also like to mention that my pedicure was not the greatest. The color was supposed to be white but it went on cream. I asked my tech about it and she just look at me and my toes and said it will change and kept polishing.

I had heard nothing but great things about this salon and they did not disappoint! They provided fresh fruit and water infused with fruit! The polish selection is massive! My sister and I both got pedicures with hot stone massage and paraffin treatments which were executed beautifully. When the pedicures were complete, we were surprised with shoulder massages! Nothing short of exceptional service. Exceeded my expectations! I will most certainly be back!

Went to get gel removed & trimmed, and gel reapplied. The gentleman pulled out extremely rusted nail clippers. I said those aren’t safe to use there’s rust all over, can you please get another pair, he looked irritated and went to get another pair, that were just as rusted. I refused service and asked for the manager. I’ve been going here for 3 years off & on, sadly have never looked at the nail clippers (it’s rare for me to do mani, I always do pedis). This place is not safe and will be reported.

Great salon! Very clean and well kept. Staff is nice. When I came in they quickly greeted me and sat me down. The lady did a GREAT job on my gel pedicure and the other guy did an amazing job with my soak off and gel mani! He even took his time as the rest of the employees were leaving because they had already closed for the day. Definitely recommend here. Only thing is they are a LITTLE TOO pricey but would def recommend!

Not a good experience, for starters everyone around me were eating fruit and drinking, and I was offered nothing. I waited awhile then I asked. After, Olivia removed the old nails, I told her not to use the drill on my nails, because they are very thin and it’s painful. She had an attitude, so she went to speak to her manager. I tell all the technician not to use the drill on my bare nails and she was the first to get an attitude. I been getting the same style nails there since September, by different technicians and they charged me $60.00, but she charge me $70.00. I ask her why because I heard the technician beside me tell her client $60.00 and we got the exact same thing, length and all. She gave me some unbelievable excuse, and change the amount to $65.00. At this point I just want to get my nails done and leave and never return.

experiences have been very mixed. you can go in without an appointment and you get complimentary fruit, which is great. i got acrylic tips recently from ken, who was very quick and good. my mom has gotten dip from lily a few times, who she said was very good. that experience was great, but in the past it hasn’t been very good. i’ve gotten gel a few times, which cracked soon after i got them. but otherwise, this place is great!

My experience was okay. Two stars for not having to wait. Gel is an extra 25 dollars which is ridiculous but I paid because of the “experience”. Yes, you get wine. We had to ask for fruit. My lady Yurina had no customer service. Before she gave me wine, she asked what kind of pedicure I was getting. She then asked the receptionist in Spanish if I knew gel was $25. They should be careful since a lot of people can speak and understand Spanish. Lastly, when it was time to pay, she left me at the front desk without saying anything. When the receptionist arrived she asked who I had and I couldn’t even tell her.
