My mom and I decided last minute to have a girls day, called them, they were busy but said they could get us in. I was a little hesitant because of the reviews but it was recommended by my mom’s hairdresser, so we gave it a try. They were super busy but still made sure we were comfortable while we waited. Put us in the massage chairs to sit and use until someone could get to us. They were friendly and joking around with us and each other. They wore gloves and replaced and cleaned equipment in between clients. Overall excellent experience and will definitely be back.

Was traveling and decided to use this spa for pedicure, full set, nail repair and lashes… so not a lot of time to go elsewhere and quite pricey. 2 attempts at lashes, which took maybe 15 minutes each, but still no volume. I went home and called the following morning. Wish I had a picture as they were awful. Very dismissive, no questions, just you’re done basically. For $175, I want vavoom! Nail broke second day into my trip and I needed to add strips to my lash extensions. I have a bad habit of tipping for personality as opposed to service… working on that. People seem very nice but the services I received were not good at all. The star is for the atmosphere and wine

Every time I come in here I get put withthe same lady, even though I ask for someone else, she never does what I want and argues with me about what I want! I will never come back. Then charge me almost the same price as last time even though I got a $40 cheaper pedicaure. Pedicure, Dip powder

There are 2 women in there that do quality work. Melissa, the owner had done my nails 3 times and they were awful. The last time I showed a picture with pink nails and rhinestones in a straight line on my thumbs. They were not straight at all and she was laughing and talking to another coworker, I can only assume about my nails. I will never return. I have spent lots of money in here but because I cannot guarantee I will get those nail artists that actually do a good job, I won’t waste my money. The other ladies never have my nails the same shape or size and do not know how to do designs. I have walked out of there paying 150 for nails with simple designs. They push the products they want and then the quality is horrible. Never again

Critical: Quality, ValueI use to absolutely love this nail salon. I have spoke very highly of them. I have spent tons of money here. And have sent many customers (that are friends) here. I’m not sure what is going on recently the past three times I have been I have had terrible service. I usually get the ( 45$ Pedicure or higher ) and the past two times I have gone what is listed on the sheet for the service I paid for was not done! This last time I had no hot wax, no massage, no hot towels, not even a foot scrub to get dead skin off. My toenails were literally cut and that was it!!! My toenails were uneven I asked to have my ingrown cut out the guy did not do that at all. My toenail polish was all over my skin…. He even cussed and wiped it off with his finger one time. There has been zero consistency the past few times I have gone and as a loyal customer I am sad to say that I don’t know if I will be returning. I’m tired of spending and tipping well and not getting quality care or even what I pay for! If you’re going to have new employees they need to be trained accordingly. I use to absolutely love this nail salon. I have spoke very highly of them. I have spent tons of money here. And have sent many customers (that are friends) here. I’m not sure what is going on recently the past three times I have been I have had terrible service. I just walked out of this place extremely disappointed. They tried to push services on me a few times and when I said no, they rushed through my pedicure (no scrubbing what so ever of my foot) and manicure creating a very very unfinished look. I spent money on something that looks completely unfinished and polish that is not consistent.
