Decided to try them out since they are on my way home from work. The pedicure was fine. Absurd what they upcharge for gel polish in my opinion, but that’s almost every nail salon. I also got a fill done on my nails. The lady who did them was quick and efficient, did a great job on the shape. But holy hack job with the gel polish. It’s not like I can use acetone at home to correct anything. Stuck like this til the next fill. Probably won’t be returning for that reason alone.

Such a nice little place. Two of my friends and I went to get full acrylic sets and we all left very happy! I wasn’t entirely sure what I wanted and ended up defaulting to a plain french tip design. But, Roger who was doing my nails asked me if he could surprise me with one of the nails at no extra charge! He did a very nice design! He did so well and I have no complaints. It was only $50 before tips! Roger was super nice and very easy to talk to. All the staff seemed to get along very well and were welcoming. Everything was very clean as well. I would definitely consider going here again!

I had my manicure done this morning and very unhappy with the results. It’s already chipped. I start with the girl said I wanted clear polish, which is crazy. I wouldn’t pay to have someone put clear polish on my nails. I do it myself. I had to wait almost a half hour just to find someone to put polish on my nails. I had a pedicure at the same time and that was fine, a different girl polished my fingernails and they’re terrible. I won’t be back.

I arrived at 6:20 pm yesterday without an appointment and they were nice and took me in for a nail fix and fill in. I wish she would of been a little more creative with my focus nail but overall I am content.

I went to Escape Nail Spa on Saturday with my daughter and granddaughter. The experience was the worse. My granddaughter and I sat next to each other. She had a women and I had a man working on me. I tried talking to the man but he would not Acknowledge me. He was like a robot. I asked him if he liked his job and he replied NO! I noticed the women working on my granddaughter was treating her the same way. I thought maybe they could not speak English but they did. I felt very uncomfortable and did no say another word to the man. I selected the 28 dollar pedicure but by the time I checked out I was up charged without any warning 20. I was surprised but the man working on me did not talk so how would I know of any price increase for gel polish. When went outside to leave my daughter and her friend notice one of my big toes was messed up so I went back into get it fixed. The man went to fix his mistake but again did not speak or look at me a robot. When finished fixing it he said in English how does this look. I told I really cannot see it but how does he think it looks. He said how can you complain it is messed up if you cannot see it. I told him my daughter and friend told me. He grabbed his nail drill and started drilling on my nail with anger. I pulled my foot away and went to front and asked for a refund. The manager tried to make it right by fixing his mistake but the damage was done. They did not offer a refund, a free service next time nothing but a fix and sorry. Our Mother Daughter Day at the Spa had been ruined. The worse upsetting experience. DO NOT GO HERE THEY ARE MISERIBLE AND DO NOT CARE ABOUT YOU. THEY ARE ROUGH. I EVEN HAVE A CUT ON THE TOE THAT WAS MESSED UP. SAVE YOURSELF FROM A BAD DAY AND DO NOT USE THIS SALON.

The first time and not the last time I will be going. I went in for a pedicure/full set the two ppl(Kelly and Jo) who helped me took there time. I was the only one left as I went in a little late had a great conversation with the staff very nice polite professional. Most definitely recommending to anyone and everyone I know.
