I never have an issue coming here to get a pedicure but gave them a try to do a manicure & they left them all bulky and thick not only that but then men cut me three times. Terrible job! Never getting my nails done here. He still had the nerve to ask me for a tip and I told him “o sit you cut me three times and left my nails bulky”

I went for a Gel Pedicure in June, my toenails STILL have not recovered!!! The “tecnician” dremelled several of my nails TO THE SKIN! I kept telling her to stop, but she said it was ok and that she had to get the nail ready for the gel. I wish I had reported them. I will never go back. I wish I could add photos of what my toenails still look like- 4 months later!!

Critical: QualityUsed to love this place , however they are horrible and have gone down the drain. Pedicures over priced and poor quality nail material. Got my acrylics done last Friday and by Monday 3 nails had fallen off completely , went to get them fixed and they turned me away and refused. Woke up this morning with the fourth one falling off in my sleep. $45 for three days of use, not happy. Not the first time this has happened either, but the place is nice on the inside so I always hope they changed but seems like they are still into over charging for horrible quality . So sad. Got my acrylics done last Friday and by Monday 3 nails had fallen off completely , went to get them fixed and they turned me away and refused. Not the usual place I go for a pedicure, but I’ll definitely be going back. The man (owner) who took my appointment called me ‘sweetie’ and the women working all greeted me warmly when I arrived. English is not their strong point, so I struggled to get an explanation on my options. In the end took the deluxe option for what might seem a pricey $55, but I would do it again. Exfoliation + Paraffin wax and a lovely massage—my legs haven’t felt this smooth since I was born!

Apparently they didnt know what an American Manicure was, even after describing. Definitely came out French but after all of that wasnt going to go back and have them start over after showing them the picture. Perhaps going in with the picture might help. Even then however both me, and my friend who met me there called for an appt and we still ended up waiting quite a bit. If anything it was just very chaotic and an organized. She barely got out on time to make it to work. I think I will try somewhere else next time

I have missed this salon! They have so many services to choose from with excellent technicians. Anyone looking for girls or guys nail/salon party this is the place! Private rooms, plenty of space for groups of 20 or smaller. I am grabbing gift certificates for my friends and family for the holidays.

So now I have only used this place for waxing and the last 4 times they are in a hurry mind you I do tip well, and today I was only waxed half finished. I just got ripped off! I have been coming to this salon for month. No more! Don’t go there! I have been going there consistently for a few months but —no more! I was totally bullied into paying an additional $5 for a manicure because they provided a hand massage (barely). I didn’t ask for one, but normally that is part of the service. The nail technician even told me manicure price when I sat down. What is up with that?!! BEWARE — and if you know me, I don’t get bullied!

Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, QualityIt is so hit or miss here. It has become a miss. I was taken in and it took 3 hours and $100 for gel mani and gel pedi! They charged me for a deluxe pedi and I didn’t get the full service. Also the water was luke warm. I asked her to fix a few imperfections that she caused and she rolled her eyes at me. She kept putting the uv light to rest on my toes which caused them to smudge. When I tried to tell her she literally shook her hand at me and did nothing about it. A different woman did my mani and it was no better. She cut my cuticle too short and it bled. She proceeded to show everyone that worked there my finger and made a huge deal about it.
