Escape Massage

Critical: QualityI visited your establishment on July 20th and had one of the best massages and customer service experience and told myself I would DEFINITELY be back and even told friends and family about the experience . TODAY was a different story and I experienced one of the worse massages I’ve ever had not only was the massage terrible but your employee was very unprofessional and rude . I will be sure to spread the word about how awful my experience was today , after your employee argued with me about how much I should TIP her after telling her I wanted to tip $5 she stated that I NEEDED to tip $10 or $15.. at this point , I was willing to not say anything about how terrible my massage was after she walked in and out the room 4 times during my massage and left the door open while I was undressed with only a towel covering me & then she never massaged anything all she did was mostly rub oil all over me. I explained to her that last time my massage was great and I did tip $10 however this time around I did not enjoy my massage and that’s why I was tipping her less she proceeded to argue with me and asked why “I didn’t say anything to her during the massage “ in which she’s the professional , SHE should know what she is doing and understand that just rubbing oil on someone is not a massage . After arguing with me she finally decided to give me change for my $10 in which I still left her $5 .. I’m sure if this was you or anyone else in my position you would’ve just walked out and not tip anything furthermore I should not have to explain to the staff that tipping is OPTIONAL.
