After reading the reviews, I wanted to love this place. The interior is clean and classy and the people are incredibly friendly. That, unfortunately, is where my positives end. I took three daughters, in their 20s, for hair coloring. We started with 15 minute consultations to get an idea about whether what they wanted to do was practical or possible. I should have suspected an issue when their consultations took less than five minutes. The youngest wanted to “go blonde”, from medium brown. No problem, the stylist assured. Five hours and $200 later she looked exactly like when i took her in. If you look closely, there are a few lighter streaks. They actually bleached her hair, (leaving some untouched because it would look more natural… not what was asked for), and then dyed it to the same color it originally was, except the tips which are a bit lighter. I repeatedly asked what i was paying for, but got almost rude comments that it was what she asked for… it wasn’t. A week later, the next youngest got hers dyed, pink… go figure. It was probably the best job, but there were areas left without dye that are barbie doll blonde and 48 hours later, without being washed or touched other than brushing, it faded in some areas and not in others. Still, my daughter is pretty happy with it, and we think we can touch it up in the spots that have no dye. The third daughter wanted to go burgundy red. It looked great when she got home, except on one side there were large spots that weren’t dyed. She waited 4 days to wash it, and when she did, the water ran red… it washed right off. Now it is an orangey red in spots, and “Ronald McDonald” orange in spots, and the bleached orangey blonde in the spots that weren’t dyed. More than $200 and we are going to have to get a box dye to try to make it look decent. In all, a waste of our money. We will try a different salon next time. These pics were taken 3 to 4 days after the color was put in, just for reference. The brown was supposed to be golden blonde, the patchy pink is 3 days after the pink was put in and the… orange calico was to have been burgundy.

I have gone to several different stylists over the years for both cut and color and each time I leave amazed and beyond happy with the outcome. My last stylist moved out of State in April and my hair was looking terrible and needed a cut badly. I scheduled a cut with Hailee and it was amazing! I mean she listened to what I wanted and styled it amazing. She was friendly, not pushy with selling products and did an amazing job with the cut and the styling. I am very picky since my hair is very dry and frizzy and it looked amazing. I will definitely be back for all future needs with cut or color with her! I took a chance and tried Esbi since it was close to my house and I drove by it everyday. My last stylist moved out of State in April and my hair was looking terrible and needed a cut badly. I scheduled a cut with Hailee and it was amazing! I mean she listened to what I wanted and styled it amazing. She was friendly, not pushy with selling products and did an amazing job with the cut and the styling. I am very picky since my hair is very dry and frizzy and it looked amazing. Salon itself is clean and updated. They offer refreshments while you’re getting your service. I had makeup and hair done for a wedding so I can’t speak for other services but I will give my review on the services I did receive. First I will start off by saying the girl who took care of me was 15 minutes late to work.. I had an 8am appointment. I could see 5 minutes late.. but 15 minutes is a bit much. I was even 10 minutes early to my appt… so I technically waited 25 minutes before being seen. I know coming early doesn’t always mean you’ll be seen.. but again my appt was at 8am.. she was late to even coming to work.
