Esalen® Massage is a holistic approach to bodywork in which the whole person is considered, contacted and worked with. It is best know for it’s long flowing strokes and quality of touch and contact. Each session is unique and tailored to what is needed in the moment. I combine Esalen massage with deep bodywork, Thai massage, energy work, Reiki and my practice of presence. My sessions invite a deep sense of relaxation a fuller sense of fluidity, spaciousness, vitality and well being.

She is a Master at massage and when you receive a massage from her it is a very healing experience. I find the long flowing strokes of the Esalen massage to be very soothing and relaxing. Nora’s also good at addressing areas of discomfort with attuned touch ranging from deep tissue to gentle holding.
