She makes me feel like I am her only customer while I am there and I have no complaints. I have gotten dip nails and pedicures there, BOTH are fantastic. The salon is very clean and everyone there has always been very nice to me personally. This salon offers you more than you will EVER get elsewhere for the same price. I have been coming here for over a year now and I love this salon! KIKI is the best and she always takes care of me. She makes me feel like I am her only customer while I am there and I have no complaints. I have gotten dip nails and pedicures there, BOTH are fantastic. The salon is very clean and everyone there has always been very nice to me personally. This salon offers you more than you will EVER get elsewhere for the same price. I always schedule my appointments so I do not have to wait, but they do take walk-ins as well.

Eros has been my go-to nail salon since they opened. I’ve found them to be clean and consistent. I typically get a gel or dip manicure and they easily last over 3 weeks. Every manicure comes with a short shoulder massage and paraffin dip. love their spa pedicures. They are always busy so I suggest calling ahead.

Typically I see Irene and I love her. Sweet and always takes her time. This time around I had Amanda. She was super rude and rushed. Made every excuse as to why she couldn’t give me the nails I wanted. I paid 75$ for French dip. when I paid she asked me where her tip was and I told her I was going to Venmo her because I had to cell service there. She goes no she need give me it now cash or card. I was polite the entire time and said I didn’t want to use my card I want yo use Venmo and you will receive it when I get home. She and another man argued with me for several minutes until I just walked out. I’m so disappointed and will not be going here again.

I needed a fill over acrylic but they only do gel, which is now my preference. I sat down as soon as I came in and got everything done perfectly. I should have written a review in Feb. when I got an amazing gel manicure, it was my 1st time getting my nails done since covid & it lasted about 5 weeks without even a chip!, it was a walk in, I was taken right away and the girl was great! I was so happy. This recent time, I scheduled an appt., was placed with Michelle and honestly I felt like she was rushing the entire time, she cut my cuticles in 3 spots to the point of bleeding & within one day, I was filing, and by week 1’s end, they were chipping and looked bad. I guess its hit or miss, but I will not be returning.

I have only been a few times but I absolutely love this place and will not be going anywhere else. They take such good care of their clients and are very kind. The salon is relaxing and clean. If you are ever looking for a salon come here.

ugh. while I know that many service workers are underpaid by their greedy bosses who expect the customer’s tips to make up for their cheapness, I am increasingly dismayed by the DEMAND for tips. (Reading many reviews below I see I am not alone in this) I tip and tip fairly, even when service is marginal. Three times now I have been made to feel VERY uncomfortable at this establishment because of tips – even being told today that THE LAST TIME I was in, I forgot to tip! I wasn’t going to argue it, but I was blown away by the elephantine memory of the appointment manager! I also choose to not use VENMO and resent seeing customers forced to upload the app and shamed do so before leaving! Even though I tip even for services that are rushed, incomplete or not up to snuff, I still believe that tips are to be earned, not demanded and expected. This establishment charges more than what is on their price board and shames its clientele at tip time. Although the “product” is generally good, the management style is lacking. I will probably go elsewhere as there is no shortage of good nail salons.

I had an appointment for a pedicure, I was seated 40 minutes after my appointment time and then waited another 10 for the pedicure to start. The pedicure seemed extremely rushed with no attention to detail, it was almost robotic. I was expecting callous work as advertised but they literally took a brush and did one swipe over my heels. The whole thing lasted maybe 15-20 minutes start to finish. Very disappointing

I have gone to this salon numerous times over the past few years for a manicure and pedicure. When I first started scheduling appointments, the service and attention to detail was terrific. The salon is very clean and has some items other salons don’t provide. However, It has slowly declined the last 6 months. I call a ahead to schedule an appointment and I always wait 15-25 minutes. Then I feel so rushed as they want to hurry to take the next customer. The last appointment I made for a mani-pedi the technician cut my toe nails so short and crooked it hurt. She Stepped on my toe so it ruined the nail polish and had to repaint them. While removing my gel nail polish on my hands, She burnt me on my fingers with the drill. While removing my cuticles I started bleeding(this happened numerous times). The nail polish was applied so thickly with 3-4 coats. After having a horrible experience, and my hands throbbing, I still provided the girl a tip and she gave me a dirty look and said nothing. I will not recommend this nail salon to anyone due to their decline in services, attention to detail and rushing through their job.

The first time my mother and I went, and aside from feeling a little weirded out being stared at the whole time, we enjoyed our service and chose to come again. However, the second time around, we got the lemon pedicure for my mother and I. Chen worked on my mothers, nana for me.
