Request I made was not honored. I asked for the technician not to cut a part of my toe nail due to experiencing pain. The technician did it anyway and continued to cut my nail even after I repeated myself. I felt disrespected and disappointed. I told Eros staff afterwards they didn’t honor my request and the technician said “Oh…sorry” and just shrugged her shoulders.

The response I received is, “Sorry, we don’t do seniors.” I responded incredulously, “Really?!” She said, “No seniors” and ended the call. Very professional nails, and beauty salon. The staff is wonderful. Have had my nails done several times here, and I always love how they turn out. They have modern and up to date colors. I love all their services. They also do EYELASH EXTENSIONS. I’ve have them done twice and they tienes out fantastic. They are very caring and professional ladies that work here. I highly, recommend them.
