Erika’s is quaint with a great staff, and the best massage therapist in the world, Sandra. Their prices are reasonable. I’ll grant you the salon could use a little freshening up, but overall, it’s a very nice place to go. It’s relaxing and the staff is friendly and attentive. If you are looking for a place with lots of fluff and high prices, this is not it.

Erika’s is adding so many new features. They really understand what the community needs. Acupuncture, spray tans and now free make-up make overs. Well worth the drive. Not quite as expensive as some of the others that I have been too.

I don’t even know where to begin. First off there was the rude person I talked to when I scheduled my massage. That should have been my first clue but I had a gift certificate so I went anyway. I arrived at a very dated spa. The massage therapist was late and arrived after my appointment time of 10:30. The room was FREEZING. My usual massage therapist has a warmer for her massage table not here. The massage therapist who was already late gave my at least 7 minutes to freeze in the room before she arrived and when I told her I was cold she told me how she is hot all the time. I got the Swedish massage. What they should tell you is this massage will be a waste of your time and money. The strokes were so light and not relaxing at all. No relief of tension, and no relaxation. She even commented on how tense my neck was and that I needed to relax. Maybe that is a sign you aren’t doing your job. Maybe you should have worked that out for me. The HOUR massage got started about 10:45 and was done at 11:30. No one on staff cared at all. Don’t waste your money here.

Place is very out dated. I waited for an hour to be seen and ultimately walked out. Sitting in my plastic chair int the waiting room made me realize this place is living off a past reputation it may have had at one time. When I finally got to my appointment I was informed the therapist I was told was going to perform my massage is no longer with this spa. This is the 3rd time they have switched therapists on me in the last year last minute. They can’t keep staff. I will not be back.

Erika’s Spa is wonderfully relaxing. The atmosphere is soothing and the staff attentive and professional. I have unbelievably sensitive skin and find the products recommended by Erika to work remarkably well. I just love them!

Amazing staff and even more amazing atmosphere. They must have had renovations done recently because EVERYTHING is so mod and chic while also being very relaxing. Their facials are to die for and their product line is my favorite. Totally recommend.
