I have loved Erika since Bluewater day spa. I don’t trust my skin to anyone else. It’s also nice that full waxing doesn’t hurt. She’s the best!

I’ve been getting facials with Erika for over a year now and my skin has improved significantly. I get the custom facial, and she really tailors the routine for what my skin needs that month. It’s clear that she is passionate about her job and even insists on texting her if there are any issues or questions after the facial. Every sessions she gives me feedback on how my skin is doing and how I can improve — I cannot stress how great this is. During the facial she always announces what she going to do next, which I totally appreciate because I’m curious on what’s going on and I don’t like being surprised with extractions (lol). In addition to being a great esthetician she is so friendly and nice, she listens and truly cares about her clients. The icing on the cake is that she offers 30-minute facials, while I love being pampered for an hour, the 30-minute facials allow me to go more often, which is why my skin is doing so great. I also think if I stayed for an hour I would fall asleep, because it’s so relaxing in her space, the music is *chef’s kiss*.
