First off, I’m not the type of person to just go around posting negative things. However, I don’t really like the customer service at this establishment and I want to explain why. While they do a good job at cutting my hair and it’s so close to my house (which is the only reason I come back), their customer service lacks the comforting ambience you get in other places. Every time I come in, and I mean EVERY single time, the owner always seems annoyed. She will always makes it seem like it’s a bother to cut my hair or ask me why I’m there. I’m not mean nor confrontational, if anything, I’m meek, so I don’t understand why she always gives off a very tense vibe. I always tip and I’m always polite, so I’m not really sure what I’m doing wrong. Nevertheless, I hope that the owner takes the time to read this message and reassess the way she carries herself because I might not come back anymore.
