First of all I am giving this salon a 1star bc that is the lowest allowed. I was so excited to visit this salon after reading all the positive reviews. I had a terrible experience. Eric colored my hair totally different than the picture I had shown him. I mean if you can’t do a balayage just be honest. He teased my hair so bad that he couldn’t get a brush through it without ripping my hair out. Also 2days after my color I woke up with a red swollen ear. After visiting the doctor to find out I suffered a chemical burn I called him to let him know to prevent it from happening to someone else. This was 3wks ago and I still have not heard from him. Where is the customer service these days?? I think this was a result of him multitasking clients. He was juggling me and 2 others clients that day. If your into assembly line style salons and poor customer service than this is the place for you!!

He spent a lot of time asking intuitive questions and handling my hair before beginning the cut. He actually got it! Minimal care cut but beautiful and versatile. After my beloved stylist of nearly 15 years retired, I decided to visit Eric for a cut and color, and BOY AM I GLAD I DID! He seems to take great pride in creating a warm and welcoming environment for everyone and he is a truly a master of his craft! Clearly I should have made my appointment with Eric instead of one I did. She gave me the worst haircut I have ever had, in spite of having shown her a photo of the back of my head with the proper cut. She used an electric shaver on the ends on both sides. He suggested a few options and told me about products he was using but wasn’t pushy or salesy about it. Everyone there was very friendly and interested in how my cut turned out.
