I was very excited to get my hair done for the first time, however the service I received was not what I wanted. Sarah was very nice and so was everyone else. I went in wanting a nice ginger color more on the orange side like in the picture below, I came in with fairly dark brown hair, and said if it needs to be lightened I was more than happy to do so, and I even showed her the picture below and said it was exactly what I wanted, but she said I would be able to get to the color without lightening, what I walked out with was a very red and still fairly dark, I did not say anything because it is my first time even getting my hair done and I was scared to say anything to my stylist. I will probably not be scheduling any more appointments here.

While willing to work with my schedule which was great, the gal I was going to after 2 or 3 visits still refused to do my hair like I wanted it. Putting entirely too much product in my hair even after I asked her nit to use certain ones at all she still used them to excess.
