They canceled my appointment a night before through a text message not even a phone call . My appointment was the same day of my flight they canceled it . I was flying outside the country same day and I call them to tell them I been waiting for this appt for 2 months is not fair to cancel on me without accommodating me with different person who can do my hair before my flight but they told me “we are booked and busy we can’t see you “ I’m a regular customer to that salon . I left a voice mail message to the manger/ owner but they never call me back . I will never go to that salon again .

It’s amazing what the owners have done to protect their clients and their staff from Covid-19. They have reconfigured workstations to ensure there is more than enough distancing, separations across workstations and effective sanitation throughout. I was concerned about going to the salon and was happy to see that I had nothing to fear. Congratulations to the owners for a job well done! As always (I’m a long time customer), service was impeccable and I love the outcome. Ken has been my stylist, however, we have used other stylists with various family members and every one has been great. I was so impressed with my visit to Ergo Salon this morning for hair color and cut. It’s amazing what the owners have done to protect their clients and their staff from Covid-19.
