So I purchase the three laser hair removal treatments for my chin area. The receptionist was real nice and helpful. I have a problem with the laser hair removal treatment. I’m not sure if the tech wanted to do a job on me I did not give her a hard time I asked a question about the pain she told me it feels like little needles pinching you I said OK go ahead she touched my face four times. I thought to myself OK I’m not the technician so maybe she’s doing the correct job. My second visit to the spa for my laser hair removal treatment I had a different tech, this tech proceeds to start the laser hair treatment but she hit my face with the laser maybe 10 times. I made an appointment for my third laser treatment during the pandemic my appointment was canceled and I did not get a chance to get my third treatment that I paid for I called back to get assistance and they’re acting as if I’m not in the system. I want to say the treatments were not good my face broke out in the hair is growing on my chin more than ever. I have to come on my pocket for another treatment to get the hair removed from my face I am sad and upset that my boyfriend calls me Cookie Monster or werewolf as a joke but going to the spa made the hair on my face worse

After considering doing laser hair removal for years, I finally booked a consultation in November. The spa was easy to get to from Penn Station, was nice inside and clean. The woman walked me through the process and seemed confident that I would be able to continue my treatment throughout the pandemic. I purchased 6 sessions for a large area and 3 for a small area. Each session has been quick and easy and I’ve seen significant results on my legs. After my first two sessions I decided to buy another package for another area. Overall, I’d recommend this spa for laser hair removal. I’m excited to be hairless by the summer! Since I bought a package during the holidays it came with $100 credit for a facial at their spa. I came in for a facial last week and was somewhat disappointed. I mentioned that I book facials mainly for extractions, but had limited extractions done while I was there. When I went home that evening I had to do some on my own, which was frustrating. I did enjoy the gel mask she put on at the end. I had to pay a balance of $83, which means the facial costs $183 which I find to be expensive. Overall, I wouldn’t recommend a facial if you’re focused on extractions, but she did a good job hydrating my skin.
