Critical: Communication, Professionalism, QualitySaw a special on groupon, called before purchasing to make sure they had appointments available. Susan answer, was very nice at first, advised me not to purchase through groupon, she would honor the sale price. She scheduled my appointment for the next day, cancels it 30 minutes before. Ok, things happen right, even though i felt like she could have communicated with me earlier. We reschedule for monday, i show up, huge building, never told me what floor or suite, i called her, phone is off, i left a voicemail, no call back. Yup, made me go all the way over there, to Paterson, lovely town to be wondering, for nothing. I told her i was going on my work lunch break, she had no regard for other people time or schedules. Saw a special on groupon, called before purchasing to make sure they had appointments available. Susan answer, was very nice at first, advised me not to purchase through groupon, she would honor the sale price. She scheduled my appointment for the next day, cancels it 30 minutes before.
